  • Creating a casting portfolio should not be stressful. We understand that the demands on the material needed for casting today can be overwhelming and costly.

    We offer bundles as package deals, including all of the common portfolio materials (Headshots, Dance Photos, Monologue Reels and Vocal Reels), with the aim of providing a platform for you to create or update your portfolio, all in one place and tailored for your needs.

  • Depending on what bundle you select, you may need to attend more than one session, which are scheduled on separate days.

    For example:

    • “The Actor” - You will choose one date for your session. This session will start with a Headshot session (2h), followed by your monologue session (1h). Both take place in one 3h session.

    • “The Dancer” - You will choose one date for your session. This session will start with a Headshot session (1.5h), followed by your dance portrait session (1.5h). Both take place in one session.

    • “The Singer” - You will choose a date for your Headshot session (2h) when booking. We will then email you a link to book your Vocal Reel recording (2h). Kindly note that the two sessions must take place on separate days.

    • “The Triple Threat” - You will choose a date for your Headshot and Dance Photography session (3h) when booking. We will then email you two separate links to book your Vocal Reel (2h) and Monologue recording (1h) session. Please note that all three sessions must be booked for separate days. In total, you will attend three different sessions for this bundle.

  • Our bundles are the most cost-effective way of updating your entire casting portfolio with professional and authentic material.

    We offer bundles tailored for Actors, Dancers, Singers and “Triple Threats”.

  • Please be aware that because of the preparation needed for your session, your deposit is non-refundable.

    Should you, for any reason, not be able to attend your session, you are welcome to reschedule up to two times. You can reschedule up to 24h before your session.

    The full amount of your booking must be paid at the latest 2 hours before your session.

  • Yes, you will need to pay a £50 deposit to secure your booking.

    The remaining outstanding amount needs to be paid at latest 2h prior your session.

    Please be aware that because of the preparation needed for your session, your deposit is non-refundable.

    • Outfits:
      Bring different outfit options in which you feel confident and comfortable. We recommend that you bring between three to six outfit changes. Options for different necklines are good to have and layers (knitwear, cardigans, jackets etc) tend to add interest to the photo.

      Dancers, if you would like to wear nude fishnet tights, please be aware that these are very visible in photos.

    • Jewellery and Accessories:
      Different types of jewellery like studs or dangly earrings can change the appearance of a look dramatically, and you are welcome to add or remove throughout the session to get variations in your photos.

    • Makeup:
      It’s easier to apply more makeup rather than to take it off. Editing photos with heavy makeup can be challenging, and it’s typically better to use concealer/foundation lightly.

      We recommend that you arrive with a light make-up look and you can add on and change throughout the photoshoot, should you wish. Please try to avoid wearing tanning products, as this will also negatively affect the editing process.

    • Facial Hair:
      If you would like to change your facial hair throughout the photoshoot, you are welcome to do so.

    • Hot Tip: If you add your Instagram handle to your booking notes, it helps us to get an idea of you before your session, and we can prepare the photoshoot so it fits you perfectly.

  • You will receive a link via email containing a preview of all of your photos within 48 hours of your session.

    When you have made your selection you can reply to the email quoting the file name of the photos you would like to have edited.

    If you select more photos than what is included in your purchased package, we will send you a payment link for the additional edits. (£20 per additional edit).

    Once we have your selected photos, you will receive your final edited photos within 7-10 days.

    *Kindly note that due to the processing time of analogue photos, you are likely to receive your final edits within the latter part of this timeframe.

  • We believe in natural photos that show you in the very best way. We only remove temporary marks on skin, like blemishes or spots.

    Any permanent feature such as birth marks or scares won’t be removed, unless you specifically ask us to.

    We also aim to maintain the texture of your skin, since your photos should look and represent you.

  • Next to the digital photos we may also take photos with our analog film cameras during your session.

    We find that photos taken on film hold specific, honest characteristic and has a captivating look to it, which is why we like to include it.

    If we have taken analogue photos during your session, you will receive 1-3 analog photos which will delivered alongside your digital edits.

    Kindly note: Due to the complex nature of film processing, we cannot guarantee delivery of photos shot on film. The majority of your session will therefore be taken on a modern digital camera to ensure that you leave with beautiful photos that represent you.

  • We recommend that you prepare 3-5 songs and carefully select the sections of the songs you would like to record.

    For the best result, make sure that you know your material very well. The easier you can achieve a full clean take, the more we can focus on the creative delivery of your songs.

  • It is up to you whether you wish to have a backing track featuring a full orchestration/band or if you prefer a piano backing.

    We find that while performing with only a piano can be exposing, it also gives the listener or casting agent the best idea of your technical skill. It is also more accurate to what you would sound like in the audition room.

  • Backing tracks should be the best quality possible. We recommend that you purchase your backing tracks to ensure good quality.

    MP3 is usable, however, if you have access to a WAV file, this typically produces better results.

    We do not recommend using tracks recorded on Smartphones/Voice memo.

  • Please send your prefered order of song (We will also record in the same order) as well as your backing track to us at candriancreatives@gmail.com.

    We kindly ask that you do this at least 72 hours before your session.

  • You are welcome to do as many takes as you want during your session, however, we find that 2-3 takes is optimal.

    As we want your Vocal Performance to be authentic, we will not be able to do retakes of individual parts of the song. (Also known as Comping)

    Knowing your material well will ensure that you can focus on storytelling and the delivery of your performance.

  • While Youtube is a great source for backing track, the sound quality is heavily compressed.

    We recommend that you purchase backing tracks where possible.

    Should you be unable to source a high quality track, please send us the youtube link and we will help you get the best quaity possible from it.

  • Your vocals will not be tuned to ensure that your vocal ability is accurately reflected in the final product.

    We aim to provide a final edit that is true to life and that captures your artistry.

  • You will receive your final edit within 7-10 working days.

    Your edited Vocal Reel will be delivered to you via email. We will send you a transfer link where you can download your edited video.

  • We will deliver a single high-quality video containing all of your recorded songs. This will be delivered in vertical (for social media) and horizontal format (for casting sites).

    Should you wish to receive the recorded songs individually, please ask us.

    Due to the additional editing needed, individual edited clips are £20 per song.

  • While we recommend that you arrive ready to perform as much as possible, you will have 15 minutes to warm up before we start your session.

  • We recommend that you prepare a monologue of 2-5 minutes that shows your artistry and casting range.

    While you will be able to do multiple takes during your session, we recommend that you know your material very well. This will ensure that you can focus on the delivery of your Monologue.

  • You will select the take you wish to have edited by the end of your session.

    After this, you will recieve the final edited version of your reel via email within 3-5 working days.

  • No, we do not offer Duologs or Scenes.

    You are welcome to bring a friend to perform towards, should you wish to, however please note that they will off-camera.
